All stands must have flooring; Shell Scheme Packages will have this included, but Space Only will need to organise this in accordance with the regulations outlined here.

Calblay is the official and sole supplier for catering at Africa Energy Forum. Calblay hold the exclusive right to supply all food and beverages consumed on-site. This is required so that the organisers can ensure strict controls of health and safety standards are in place.

HAPPY HOURS

This year we are encouraging our exhibitors to participate in our Happy Hours on Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th June.

Exhibitors are encouraged to host drinks receptions on their stands from 4pm. Drinks and canapes can be ordered via our online shop here.

Please do let us know if you are planning to host a happy hour, so that we can promote it at the Forum. All sponsors that inform us of their reception before 31st May 2024 will be given 1 FREE floor sticker, which will be placed on the floor next to their stand and listed on the official Happy Hour listing. We can also provide an e-mail signature banner for your emails.

Please note, that sponsors will not be permitted to host any drinks receptions on Tuesday 25th June as our official opening reception will be taking place. 

The aef VIP Restaurant

Due to popular demand and following on from its continued success since it launched in 2021, we are delighted to announce our VIP seated restaurant is back. Why not book a lunch meeting?

Tables can be reserved on Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th June for lunch between 12 noon and 2pm.

Each day, there will be a new menu with a choice of two options, serving a 3-course meal comprising of a light starter, main and a choice of miniature desserts.

Parking is very limited at this venue, so we do recommend that you use Public Transport. Lots of helpful information can be found here.
